Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at salma@trikstik.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Under the Shed Ltd, Kemp House, 152-160 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind (and it is not faulty or misdescribed), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving proof that you’ve sent them back—whichever comes first.

Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. This may include offering a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of treat dispensers that have been used or come into contact with any food or pet saliva. This is because the product cannot be safely resold once it has been opened for use.  
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns for sale or clearance items marked as final sale or non-returnable, unless they are faulty. However, UK and EU customers still have the right to cancel any online purchase (including sale items) within 14 days of receiving the goods.

This does not affect your right to return a faulty item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

UK & European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
